What does this cost the shelter?
Nothing. You get free basic use of the record-keeping system (animals, applications, kennels, stock, volunteers, events, donations), and we do not invoice you for it. Supporters' platform fees cover running costs; the shelter receives the full intended amount from every donation.
One request in return: the system is new, and we want it to suit your daily work. If something is missing or awkward, tell us. That is worth more to us than any feedback form.
